we have two HDMPM 6000 that at one time had a assigned IP but is not reachable by the IP. We have tried connecting directly to the meter with a laptop and can not connect or even ping. We think some how it changed maybe. power reset does not work and holding the reset on the head unit and trying the factory IP still does not work. If it was just one unit I would think it went back but two around the same time is odd. I dont know of or have another way into the meter then the IP/browser. Should the reset bottom reset all parameters including the IP? if not how can I get the factory IP back on the meter or another way in?

Hi @GREG.KADERA
As mentioned in the similar post, there is no master reset to factory settings. The reset button only re-initiates communication without power cycling the meter.
HDPM6000 Lost IP address and Modbus Serial Setting
Please follow the recommended workaround steps. If none of them resolve the issue, the meter may need to be replaced.
