Hi All,
I have installed a Schneider EasyLogic PM2100 energy meter in one of my panels and configured all the basic parameters. The meter is displaying the real-time values for voltage, current, and power factor correctly. However, it is not recording the energy consumption accurately.
The average values over a one-hour period are as follows:
Voltage: 390 V, Current: 460 A, Power Factor: 0.85
Based on these values, the expected energy consumption should be approximately 264 kWh for one hour. However, the meter has logged only 83 kWh.
Could anyone please advise what might be causing this discrepancy? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Please verify the VT/CT configuration and cross-check all phase-wise active power and power factor (PF) readings.
These checks can help isolate the source of the observed behavior

This meter provides bi-directional Energy - PM2100
Please check the phase wise power, might be one of the phases showing -ve kW.
Ex:
R= 10kW, Y= 10kW, B= -10kW
kW Total= 10kW
If that is the case, you have to look for CT polarity connected to the meter.
