An error occurred while generating the report. Please consult the System Log for further information.
Getting this error message in Log when i try to generate specific report. only is a problem for one report which gathers information from Virtual meters. Raw data from meters seems fine. cannot generate the .csv at all and only sometimes will it generate the .pdf - the report is quite big but other reports are similar size on system with no issue.

Hi @mickkennedy , virtual meters roll out data on the fly and there could be different reasons why the report may be failing to generate. To better understand your issue, it will be necessary to look how the virtual meters are configured (if there are any hierarchy), the amount of data that is being requested and the actual error that systemlog is spitting. The system may be running out of memory to generate the report.
I'd recommend you to contact your local technical support for assistance and provide them the system diagnostics. You can find you contact support here: https://www.se.com/ww/en/work/support/country-selector/contact-us.jsp"

hi @Rafaela_Cordeiro many thanks for your reply and information. since post, i have visited site and found the reports to be failing on timeout. i increased the report configuration timeout to 600s from default 300s in management console and it will now generate the majority of the reports. one still failing as i suspect its too large. we explored some option to modify timeout further by database modification but will not proceed with this option unless specifically requested by the client. thanks for help
