Hello everyone. I have two ION8650 meters "primary" and "secondary" connected to a GPS unit (which supports up to 32 devices). I configured both using ION Setup, but the "secondary" unit failed to synchronize. I have attached screenshots of both configurations.
You can see from the screenshots that the "secondary" unit is offset by 12 hours.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hello @DanielMejia
Time since sync is for specific protocols like ION. It does not update when using other time sync options such as IRIG-B, or NTP.

Charles

Hello @DanielMejia,
Chances are, IRIG-B is not able to adjust the clock of the meter by as much as is needed. I suggest changing to use ION protocol, then adjust the time of the meter then set back to IRIG-B.

Charles

Hi Charles. I tried your suggestion and it did sync, but the Time Since Sync/Reset keeps increasing and isn't updating. I've attached a photo of the last loaded configuration. Do you have any advice for this?
