Hi,
There is a Nominal Voltage setting under the General Settings tab on the HDPM6000 head unit’s web interface. Which functions use this setting? Since there are voltage threshold settings in items like waveform capture and alarms, I’m not sure what feature this Nominal Voltage is used for and would like to confirm.
Also, when configuring it, should we set it based on the main supply type as with the ION9000—i.e., use line-to-line voltage for DELTA, and phase-to-neutral voltage for Wye or split?

As for the role of the Nominal Voltage setting, because alarm and waveform capture thresholds are configured using absolute engineering units (Vrms and Arms), the Nominal Voltage setting under General Settings does not appear to directly alter these trigger points.
Instead, it serves as the baseline system reference for Power Quality analytics such as Harmonics and Displacement Power Factor(DPF), and baseline energy health diagnostics.
As stated in the Installation guide: the Nominal Voltage is the approximate voltage of the service the Head Unit is monitoring. This is the line to neutral voltage for services with a neutral, or the line to line voltage for delta.
Wye / Split-Phase Systems: Configure Nominal Voltage as Phase-to-Neutral (VL-N) (e.g., 120V or 277V).
Delta Systems: Configure Nominal Voltage as Phase-to-Phase (VL-L) (e.g., 208V or 480V).
Matching the system topology ensures that any harmonics, unbalance or health calculations derived from that Nominal Voltage baseline align with what the physical voltage taps are actually measuring.
