Hi Xperts,
For the latest ION SETUP, just wondering why the power tags are not showing the readings. Is this a bug?
Device is set at Modbus RTU under a Modbus TCP Site. Status shows "On-Line" but there are no readings. Please see below configs for OFFICE-DB (Power tag M250-3P)
I tried other power tags, same issue. Which is the correct device type to use for powertags (I used modbus RTU from a TCP site which is a panel server)
Thanks and best regards,
Jedz

Hello @jedzruiz1985 ,
ION Setup is not developed with support for PowerTag devices. While it is true that you can add a Modbus device, either TCP or RTU, there is another selection needed called the display. This tells ION Setup what Modbus addresses to use. When I look at my ION Setup I do not see any display option for PowerTag devices.
I believe EcoStruxure Power Commission (EPC) software is what you need to configure the devices.
Regards,
Charles
