Ref Voltage" value calculated in the Burst data (Sag/swell Log)?

As mentioned in ION Reference -> Power Quality Aggregator Module, the Power Quality Aggregator Module complies with some sections of the IEC 61000-4-30 standard, which requires tracking voltage variations relative to a "sliding" or "moving" average rather than just a fixed nominal value which continuously computes RMS voltage values every half-cycle and aggregates these RMS values over defined intervals (e.g., 150/180 cycles, 10 sec, 10 min, 2 hr).
During an event, burst data logs the instantaneous voltage alongside the Vavg Sliding Ref Voltage. If the RMS voltage deviates from this baseline beyond configured thresholds (sag <90%, swell >110%), the event is flagged. The sliding reference ensures thresholds adapt to long-term changes in supply voltage, avoiding false positives.
For more information, please refer to standard IEC 61000-4-30 section 5.4.4 which pertains to the measurement methods for the duration of supply voltage dips and swells and defines the criteria for when an event begins and ends.

Thank you for your reply. In the standard IEC 61000-4-30:2015 Testing and measurement techniques there is formula to calculate sliding reference voltage as first-order filter (alpha=0.9967) with a 1-min time constant.
Is that the same formula Schneider uses to calculate "PQA1 Vavg Sliding Ref Voltage"?
