PM5760 Alarm Configuration Loading Time

Hi All,

When using ION Setup to configure alarms on the PM5760, the loading process takes a very long time, around 20 minutes. Is this normal, or is there a more efficient method to configure the alarms? Thank you.

Hi @Stuart_Cheng Generally it takes time in case of ION Setup as it loads all the configurations one by one. Please check if your need fulfils with configuration of the alarm / energy pulsing LED by using the display. Also using Modbus registers it's possible to configure alarms but you need to carefully use the command functions.

If the device is connected to PME software, you can use the PME software to configure the alarms, which will be an easier and faster approach.
