PM5580 IP Address Cant Change, Already Try MAC, and Default

Dear Team Advance,

I am encountering an issue when configuring the IP address on the Powermeter 5580. Although I enter the correct IP address, it does not update—even after exiting the IP menu, waiting, or power-cycling the unit.

I attempted to use the IP address 169.254.0.10, but it was not detected.

I also tried using IP addresses in the 169.254.XXX.XXX and 85.16.XXX.XXX ranges along with the unit's MAC address, but the result remained the same.

Can this issue be resolved without a firmware upgrade? If so, how? If a firmware upgrade is required, what connection method can be used without an IP address?

I have attached the Powermeter data for your investigation.

Approximately four Powermeters have been found with this same issue.

Dear @Jesus_Diaz As it happens, I also emailed Advance, and their reply was that the PM unit cannot be repaired and must be replaced with a new one.
