PM5563 is not able to set the password for Administrator

Hi, 

I got an issue on PM5563RD and even though I've set a new password for the Administrator account in the user account tap in the webpage but, once the power meter rebooted then the password reverts back to the default password like, "Powerlogic@1". I'm wondering why the default password does not refer to its MAC address as well.

I've tried to reset the user account manually and set the password again but, it's not resolved.

The FW version of the meter is 4.4.5. 

Is there anyone having the same issue? and can you share the way you resolve this issue?
