I would start by checking the Phasor Viewer using the meter’s display or ION Setup to verify the wiring, phase rotation, and proper matching of voltage and current for each phase (V1 with I1 instead of V1 with I2), etc.

How did you determine installed correctly. Often when seeing negative kW when not expected, the most likely cause is incorrect wiring. Either CTs are installed backwards, installed with voltage phase and current phase do not match. The phasor view as mentioned by Mehran is a quick way to determine if you have wiring issues.

Hello @Mehran_Mehrnia , thank you for your input. Phasor diagram doesn’t look right at all. I’m going to trace things from the source (CT’s) to make sure things match. I don’t have a picture but I’ll upload one tomorrow.

Hello @Charles_Murison , thank you for your input. The reason I said they were installed correctly was because I did verify polarity of source and load. However , I did not verify the V1 to I1 as phasor doesn’t look right at all. I appreciate the info and I will start from the source where CT’s are and go from there to fully verify.
