Hi,
I am wondering which protocols and ports the PM5320 uses during configuration using the ION Setup 3.2 and DLF-3000 software. Does the device support the ION protocol w/ TCP 7700, 7443 or is it configured using Modbus TCP 502?
Thanks!

Hi @c_e
The PM5000 series such as PM5320 is not an ION‑class meter and does not support the ION protocol.
The PM5320 communicates using Modbus TCP on port 502 during configuration (ION Setup 3.2) and firmware upgrades (DLF‑3000). It does not support the ION protocol, therefore neither TCP 7700 nor TLS 7443 are used or available.
