I am using PM5320 Power meter for monitoring, In the power meter especially power factor data showing asterik symbol for few meters and individual power factor for each phases in power meter and modbus registers is not matching . If any one encounter the same issue ,, provide ur valuable suggestion to solve it.

As mentioned in this FAQ, asterisks for PF on PM5000 meters are normal when phase current < ~300 mA because PF becomes undefined. The meter display masks PF with "******", but Modbus may still show a numeric value. Please verify CT wiring, load current, CT ratios, and noise sources.
As for the PF Modbus registers and how the meter provides PF values over Modbus, the PM5300 User Guide explains that the meter supplies total power factor in both IEC and lead/lag (IEEE) formats, available in Float32 and Int16U data types.
The meter also provides PF information (including sign and quadrant) in single floating point registers for each of the PF values. The meter then applies a simple internal algorithm to the PF value and stores the result in the appropriate PF register.
The PF value is calculated from the PF register value using the following formulas:

Hi @Dhilly_24798 If you can share the individual current measurement screens along with the Modbus settings and the measurement details when polling, it will help us to check the issue further.
