PM 5300 modbus communication

I have problem facing from last fue days. When I connect pm 5300 with modbus poll software using ethernet cable at my laptop. Modbus poll software error occurred gateway path not respons.So please suggest what is problem

Hi @Haresh9727,

Can you please let us know the exact model version of the PM5300 series you have?

Also, how are you configuring Modbus Poll, and what is the meter’s configuration? Are you able to ping the meter from the laptop? When using Modbus TCP, make sure to enter the device ID as 255. Which registers are you planning to read?
