Modbus Register DVR/DVRS for monitoring

I am currently working on a project involving a DVR/DVRS system. As part of the monitoring process, I need to retrieve data from the DVR/DVRS device using the Modbus protocol.

At the moment, I am looking for information regarding the Modbus register list used by the device. Would it be possible to provide the Modbus register documentation or register map for this device?
