Does anyone know why the Circuit Data tab shows the missing voltage (0V) on the channel 1/4/7/...? But the PQM tab shows all voltages just fine. Also verified the voltages on the head unit. The supply type is Delta (3 phases).

Hi @khanhle
It appears that the voltage reference on Phase 1 is not being transmitted to the branch module over the bus, possibly due to a cable issue. When the branch module’s related channel does not detect the corresponding phase voltage, it will also interpret the associated phase current as zero.
Could you please double-check that the connections and cable are correct?
Best Regards,
