I have several legacy Ion7330 and Ion7350 connected in a RS-485 Gateway loop. Since we upgraded to PME 2023. most of these meter won't time synch anymore. I've worked through all the setting in both the meters and in the system. Any ideas? These meters were installed in 1999 and this system started as Pegasys 2.1

Hello @DanChevrier ,
I am glad to hear your ION7300 series meters are still running. Pegasys 2.1 is a name I have not heard in a long time.
I recommend you reach out to your local technical support. There is a chance there is a fix for PME. If there is not a fix already. A case would be the best way to track the behavior in software.
Regards,
Charles
