Hello Everyone,
I am Facing an issue with getting proper readings of Kwh and similar parameters on the Kepware server. for example the Kwh displayed on the ion is 216,885 but I am only getting 217 on the Kepware. any idea how to get the correct readings.

I assume Kepware is communicating with the ION8800 using the Modbus protocol. In this case, the meter provides energy parameters in both INT32 and INT32-M10K formats, which must be correctly defined, polled and calculated on the software side.
