ION7400 showing 108 channels in MV90

Hello SE support,

MV-90 received a response from the ion7400 meter that MV-90 interpreted as the meter saying, “108 channels identified.” Actually only 4 channels are configured, But it does suggest a mis-configuration somewhere – either in the meter or in the mv90 setup. Until we can figure out where (and correct the problem), data retrieval will not be achievable, since MV-90 can only support data retrieval from devices with 16 channels or less.

Hello @Chen-Leo_Liang ,

Likely will need to see the traffic between MV-90 and the meter. Recommend you contact your local technical support and start a case.
