ION Setup 3.2 and PM2230 auto reset calendar

When using ION setup to config the auto reset calendar in PM2230, when I choose the date to be reset and press ok, the reset calendar suppose to show the date I chosen, instead, it show a pile of meaningless character, and as expected, the command could not download to PM2230.

Is it a software bug? How to deal with it?

Please contact your local customer care center (CCC) to start a case. If this is an unexpected behaviour the development team will need information from the case.

If possible, are you able to record the packet traffic from the computer to the meter? For example using Wireshark. If possible, be sure to include the capture when you contact the CCC.

This appears to be a defect in ION Setup. Could you please create a support ticket so that the issue can be investigated and addressed by the development team?

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can configure the Auto Reset Calendar using the available Modbus registers. Auto Reset for Energy and Maximum Demand parameters can be configured only
through communication.
