Ecostruxure Report without records

after setting the meter and everything i reach for making a report, after trying with brand new meter or a meter that has readings the report displays no readings, no voltage no power no nothing, even though quick view displays values, after looking in videos or manual guide i found nothing helpful, i checked my meter PM5560 for records in case it didn't but it has recorded, this left me in a pickle!!

Hi @Abdulrahim-tu 

The Commissioning Report in EcoStruxure Power Commission is designed to document list of devices added to the project, configuration settings, communication details and not live or historical measurement data.
