Do we have a calibration documents for the PM8 series Meters ?

We did a project in NESTLE in QUITO Ecuador with an Integrator, now Nestle is asking for the calibration documents of thosePM8.

Do we have that info?

Hi Jorge,

The calibration certificates are generated during the manufacturing process and shipped with the devices. An additional copy can be generated contacting the technical support team. Remember to inform the serial number of all the devices that you need the additional document.

Who should i contact to request this factory certificates? We also have customer with ISO 50001 who need meters factory certificate.

I have serial numbers of meters.

maybe a good idea is to create a area inside this community to download this kind of certificate.
