Hi All,
We have encountered a fault code of "Harmo. Excess" on HMI display of our supplied Active Power Filter 6-units of parallel EZAPF15044R20. We tried to check the fault code on the manual but there was no such code in the troubleshooting guide. Is there any document for troubleshooting guide or document for APF?
I have attached the screenshot of HMI alarm display for your reference.
TIA,
Dennis

What you mentioned “THDULimit(%)" is the THDU compensation target setting.
THDULimit(%):WhentheTHDuofthepower gridwhere the equipment is
located exceeds the set value, the system will compensate. The default value
is 0%. To adjust this parameter, please contact Schneider Electric for more
information.
THDu 15%,The alarm threshold is set at the APF factory and can only be viewed and changed by logging in as an advanced user.
Please check the THDu of the system voltage and submit a case in the BFO system so that our service engineers can better support you.

This alarm occurs if the THDu of the power grid exceeds the setting value of THDu
from the HMI. Generally, the THDu limit max voltage setting is 15%.

Hi Caimin_pan,
Thank you very much for your swift response. The default value
is 0%. Does this parameter can be easily adjusted? as per manual, we will be needing a SE support to adjust this parameter? Also, is there any troubleshooting guide or reference document that we can download.
TIA,
Dennis

Hi @caimin_pan,
Thank you for your swift response. So basically, the settings are restricted with an advanced user. This is well noted, and we advise our client accordingly.
TIA
