I am encountering a critical crash on EcoStruxure Machine Expert - HVAC (EWApplication). The software suddenly closes with a popup error: "A critical error occurred and the program will be closed. Would you like to save a diagnostic file?

it happened when i took fcb dilibarary and i put it on network and that error appeared and often

sorry it is not clear which block you are using on a network.
