Understanding the new Community Ranking System

The Community ranking system has been updated to better reflect member contributions.

Why the Community Ranking system is changing

Over time, the previous structure became less intuitive and harder to interpret.

The new model aims to make rankings:

• Clearer progression between levels
• Ranking based on measurable contribution metrics
• Better visibility of expert engagement

When you see a rank, it should immediately reflect the real impact of a member on the Community.

What does not change in the Community Ranking system

Your contribution history remains fully preserved.

Nothing is reset. Your activity continues to count.

How the Community Ranking system works

The ranking is now based on three core contribution indicators:

Contribution Indicators

• Accepted Solutions
• Posts (threads + replies)
• Likes Received

These metrics reflect both knowledge sharing and community impact.

Community Ranking Levels

• Explorer: Members starting to engage and participate.
• Contributor: Active participation in discussions.
• Troubleshooter: Members regularly helping others with effective answers.
• Mentor: Consistent contributors with visible impact.
• Leader: Highly active members with strong and sustained contribution.
• Champion: Top contributors demonstrating exceptional and long-term engagement.
