Alarm Redirection to Cloud Voice and SMS Services

Simple Version

This is a simple step-by-step setup guide for Geo SCADA to send alarms via the cloud-based Twilio voice and SMS messaging service. It is not a driver and you do not need to compile code. It uses alarm redirection method to make a request to the service, and your Geo SCADA server needs an internet connection to make outgoing web requests.
