I'm trying to update LV434001, use Power Commission, but it wasn't successful.

Do you have anything connected to it "downstream"? If not you can try to connect some Modbusdevices and try to recover it. If it doesn't work please contact your local Schneider tech support.

That was my idea as well. So I went on booting backwards one version at a time and it seems for my hardware 5.19 is broken. I will keep this in mind when I update next time. Maybe the problem is fixed by then. Otherwise I will have to start digging for the cause.
