Error - System Out of Memory Exception

Hi All,

I have updated to newest version (v4.9.8 INT) and I am trying to fix selectivity issues in my network but I am facing system out of memory exception error. Any idea how to solve it? Please see picture attached for reference.

The situation that you are facing is understood. 

To do a further analysis of this, can you please kindly share with us the following information.

• The project file (.eac), that you have created using the EcoStruxure Power Design – Ecodial application.
• If possible, the system information’s
  • The processor
  • Installed RAM

Hi @Genghiz,

I am done with all warnings (selectivity issues) in my network and my guess was because I did the breaker selection more than one then pressed calculate project. When I tried to select the breaker one by one (select one breaker and calculated the project, it was fine without the error). Maybe you can verify this.

It is good to know that your issue got resolved. 

We are constantly working on resolving the Out of memory exception. 

In the upcoming next release, this issue will be completely fixed and the user can use a bigger network also.

In the latest INT 5.0.0 version, the system out-of-memory exception issue is resolved. 

Kindly use the latest version.
