Schneider EcoStruxure, couple of questions

Is there away to make it display the entire SYMBOLs instead of just the first 10 or so characters?

How do I make POU A (MAIN) call POU B (Sequence 1) or POU C (Sequence 2) depending on conditions. I can't seem to figure out if I need to make Function Blocks from POU B and POU C? There does not seem to be a jump to subroutine like rockwell, or is this what the JUMP is for?

Its my first at this brand, this chip shortage is making things interesting.
