Request device support: big JVM error when attached DDF *.xml file
Hi support,
Today I found the above problem. I.e., if in the form of a request for device support to attach for the validation of a DDF *.xml file, then after clicking on the REQUEST button, there is such a big JVM error:
If the DDF *.xml file is archived, for example in *.zip, then the device support request is generated normally.
Very thanks for the support.

Hello spezialist,
the backend server that hosts the requests cannot parse your xml, thus the error. I'll try find a solution to this within the week. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
