PME Dashboard Customization - Same User Privilege but Different Users

Greetings,

I am trying to create multiple dashboards - Reports and diagrams for different locations in a factory.

The customer requires that engineers on the same PME system have dashboards, diagrams, and reports related to their sites only, and they should not see anything related to the other site, The same will be required for the operators.

Is it possible to do so, please lead me to the solution ( there is 10 sites in the same PME system)
