Hi Team
My customer is using a 4K display and when the resolution is set to 4K, the labels in the rack is enlarged compared to using the client at a smaller resolution. Please see attached screenshots.
Best regards

Hi Tonny,
Which browser are you using? please try with Chrome, if haven't done that already.
We have recently experienced that the web-client may have unexpected behavior on high resolution screen setup. This has been captured in our backlog for investigation. In the mean time I would go for lowering the screen resolution and/or lower the displayed browser window.
Kind regards

update:
I've just noticed (from your screen shoots) that you are seeing the issue on desktop client, wondering if the following change could help a little. Assuming the Display size is set to 100%. Right click on the application/EcoStruxure IT Advisor shortcut (on your windows desktop) Properties > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings > and then click/enable "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: select "System" from the list. and OK,
