Hi Team!
I have an issue with importing of temperature sensor data via ETL.
In ETL Import database we create device in configuration_item table and sensor in configuration_item_measurement table and seems that all works fine until we are trying to add sensor to the floor plan.
When I try to do it, I got an error "Illegal State Exception" in desktop client. Sensor adds with measurements, but when I try to move it, it disappear from the floor.
In application.log file I have line
ERROR (main) Problems occured when invoking code fom plug-in: "org.eclipse.jface". [org.eclipse.core.runtime] java.lang.IllegalStateException
What can cause this issue? I can't reproduce it locally...

Hello Valentin
Is this the same customer/solution to which you also logged the permissions error on redhat OS? If yes, I wouldn't necessarily rule out the two items being related in some way of the ETL database.
Can you share the server.log and etl.logs for this solution?
Regards
Greg Sterling
