DCE alarms received by Netbotz 570

Hi, 

we are receiving a lot of notification emails from a Netbotz 570 that is failing. Is it possible to deactivate these notifications alarms to server admin users in DCE in the latest versions of DCE? The only way that we see is to delete this device from DCE, because is not possible to configure this device in Maintenance Mode.

Hi, 

Do you mean the "lost communication" alarm from Netbotz 570 sent by DCE? 

You can either: 

1. resolve the lost comm issue for DCE with Netbotz. 

2. Remove the email address in DCE under User settings to stop receive alarm for Netbotz lost comm only.
