Can't access DCE thru WebUI nor DCE client.

Hi,

I'm getting an error with the DCE server (physical server). When trying to access the server https://server/desktop/# I get the following error, "An error occurred when retrieving data from the server. Please try again."

@DCIM_Support Please help me.

Re: Can't access DCE thru WebUI nor DCE client.

Hi,

It seems like hardware related issue. Please prepare your backup from the system in case you might need to restore the system.

Please log a case to local support for assistance.

BR,

TJ

One thing that's sad is I can't back it up because it always stays at 96%

Re: Can't access DCE thru WebUI nor DCE client.

Hi,

Have you contacted your local support and logged a ticket?

Also try to get the capturelogs by entering this to your web browser.  https://dce_ip/capturelogs

Generate a new archive if you have access and download.

Provide the logs, if you are able to access and download, to your local support for review.
