I am also interested in downloading Security Wizard v.1.0.4. In my case, I need it to create SSL and SSH certs to use with a PDU running AOS 3.9.2. My understanding is that the CLI version is only for devices with firmware 6.6.x and higher.

The same caveats as before apply - the CLI wizard (1.0.1) is the most current and is the recommended path for this.  The 1.0.4 GUI is significantly older - so ensure you do actually need the GUI, it's not 1.0.1 vs 1.0.4 as these are two different products.
