recover one of our DC room

By mistake one of our DC rooms with more than 300 devices was deleted, while we have a backup, this wouldnt help because other rooms have already had multiple modifications since the event and this would affect them. We do have a full and updated copy in our test environment. So could we just export the room to an excel file or cvs and then import it in our production server?
