Update Firmware on Ancient NetBotz 200

Hi, recently found a brand new unopened Netzboz 200 room monitor with a temp. sensor that I was able to get online and viewable via an IP address in a web browser ( Advanced View 4.7.2 not compatible with 200 series).

Issue is the 200 is running current firmware (v0.4.8) is prehistoric for this device. It is likely the factory-original firmware from the mid-2000s. The final stable release for the NetBotz 200 was v3.7.5 which I need to address a few issues, but I'm afraid of bricking the 200 by going from v0.4.8 --> v3.7.5 😞 anyone have any experience or recommendations for the upgrade path. The safest way would be to point firmware updates but those old updates aren't available only the latest v3.7.5.

Hi @bmac,

The NetBotz Rack Monitor 200 has been out of support since 2018. It was replaced by the NetBotz Rack Monitor 250A.

You can contact support for guidance on replacing the old appliance with a new one that supports the latest features and security updates.
