Unable to Update Firmware on NetBotz 750

Hello,

I have been trying multiple times to update the firmware on my NetBotz 750 device. Its current firmware version is 5.0.1 (if I remember correctly). I have attempted to upgrade it to version 5.3.5.434 without success.

I am attaching photos of the process and a video that shows what happens. When I click on "Install," the update process begins, but suddenly it stops and exits without completing.

Is there an alternative way to update the firmware? For example, can it be done using a USB drive with the firmware version and following specific steps via the console?

Also, where can I find the 5.1.X firmware version?
