UPS Low Battery fault not clearing
I have 7 UPSs with UPS Low Battery fault reporting for nearly a month. I can not seem to get them to clear all of them are reporting full battery with over 30 minutes of battery time remaining, over 26 V on the batteries, battery status normal. I can not remote into them because they are at remote locations. I have tried to do a self test, a battery replacement test, attempt to completely drain the battery and then power it back on, and even swapped the battery. Nothing seems to clear this alarm in ecostruxure. All of these alarms started after a power failure where the battery was completely drained but once the battery recovered the alarms did not resolve.
