Hello @nicholas.r,
Data Center Expert monitors devices that would be reporting the temperature sensors. There would be no calibration to do on the DCE side. What model device and temperature sensor are experiencing this issue?
Regards,
Cory

The AP9335T/TH do not have a calibration. For Example, when in use with a NetBotz 250A, they should have an accuracy of ±1 ºC. This specification can be found within the NetBotz 250 users guide. Usually when the sensor is only off by a few degrees, it is usually differing airflows within the environment compared to the locations of the other sensors.
From my experience, usually these differing values is due to placement within the datacenter, room, or racks. As a stabilized test, you may be able to place the sensor within a stabilized environment, such as a box or clear container (if you must see the display on the other sensor) to compare the readings and see where they both stabilize.
You can reach out to technical support also to look into any other options. They may be able to provide assistance with troubleshooting further and looking into any warranty options if the sensors are determined to be faulty.
Kind Regards,
Cory
