Hi Asdasd123,

ServiceNow connectors are added via ETL definitions.
The ServiceNow Change Integration is not provided with IT Advisor out of box because customers almost always require customization.
The ServiceNow Change Management integration is a customized integration that is offered as a service. Please contact your local sales representative for further details.

as Jef said, sure that is necessary a custom development for this. We have done an integration between ServiceNow and ITA with webservices developing a .Net program installed in ITA and executed as a cron job.
