Scanning barcode to add serial number

Can you use a barcode scanner connected to PC to add serial number and other information to DCO custom properties?

Hi Matthew, you should be able to do this depending on the PC software you're using to drive your scanner.  E.g. in the DCO client, put the cursor into the serial number field then scan the barcode straight in.
