Redundant network access in PDU

Greetings,

We are planning to assigning the IP address of APC 8886 PDUs, and specifically focusing on Redundant network access (RNA).

As part of this activity, we request your expert guidance and recommendations on the following:

1. Best practice for assigning IP addresses to network-managed PDUs (APC 8886 PDUs) in a data center environment
2. Recommended IP design for redundant PDUs (A & B power feeds) or cascading option
3. Whether each PDU (A and B) should:
• Have independent IPs on separate management networks, or
• Be placed in the same management subnet with logical separation
4. Best practice for:
• Primary and secondary network interfaces (if supported)
• Redundant switches / VLAN design for PDU management
5. Any recommended standards, reference architecture, or official documentation from Schneider/APC related to PDU network redundancy and IP management for APC 8886 PDUs
