Placing & Grouping Vertical Supply/Return grilles on the wall

As a new SE employee and new user of IT Design CFD I came across the following issues while modeling a Power Supply Module: 

1) I could only place Vertical Supply & Return Grilles on the wall in Top View. It was somewhat tricky to stack the supply & resturns on a thin wall in the top view. It will be easier if that can be made possible in the Rear or Front views.

2) Even after I group the supply & return grilles together, I still get a message about "All Supplies & Returns must be part of Custom Cooler Group".

3) Under the Capacity--> Simple Linear in the New Custom Cooler Group, I see two different Net Sensible Capacity inputs. I am not sure why we have two different inputs.

I believe these are the last few items for me to be able to run the model. I would like to go over these issues with someone online, if possible.
