Notification to the following device via the Ecostruxure IT app

Hi,

Error message on my PC / Microsoft Edge : "We couldn't send the notification. Please try again later"

when I want to verify my identity on my smartphone.

All three methods do not work. 

On Microsoft Authenticator : My Schneider Electric account is set up and working, the unique code appears correctly and changes every 30 seconds.

None of the three methods work. Even sending a code via SMS doesn't work. I never receive an SMS message.

Are you trying to log in to the UI of a device with a Network Management Card, or are you trying to log in to the EcoStruxure IT mobile app using your IT Expert credentials?
