Network flow documentation - UPS to Gateway
Is there any documentation on the network traffic flow between a UPS and the IT Gateway using SNMPv3?
We recently moved our on-prem gateway to an Azure instance, and then changed our WAN network. SNMP isn't routing correctly, and my networking team would like some technical documentation detailing the answer/response, the ports that need to be opened, etc.
The specific questions around ports used for Communication to the UPS can be found within the Device communication section. The default device ports in question for SNMPv3 would usually be port 161 outbound from the gateway. If a non-default port is being used, you would need to verify that within the device and the gateway and then unblock the specific port being used.
