NetBotz 750 and DCE issue with DDF

Hi I know this issue has raised its head before i have tried the solutions... I have an issue where on a private network no firewall and a basic unmanaged network switch i am getting the DDF failure error. the 750 is as follows

Model NetBotz 750

Version

5.2.4.15

DCE is running 7.8.1

I have the same issue on various sites.

When the 750 was running 5.2.0 there was no issue but upgraded and now have the problems.
