NetBotz 250A Door Sensor Renaming

Hi Team,

I have encountered an issue whereby I cannot rename Door 1 and Door 2 under Rack Access on a NetBotz 250A running on the latest firmware.

If this is not supported, kindly advise where it is officially stated. If it is possible, please advise on how to do this?

Hi @Mr._T ,

I just upgraded my 250A to version 3.4.2.6 and I too see no option to rename the handle / door.

I've sent word to engineering and I've got to assume they'll fix it in a future firmware revision if it was not purposeful or, if it was, they'll update the documentation.

Either way, I'll let you know if I hear anything back.

I've verified that engineering has seen this issue and is looking into it. I've added a link to this post.
