How to clear the devices

Devices were found but EcoStruxure IT cannot communicate with them using the credentials in the system. and Devices were found but EcoStruxure IT cannot communicate with them using the APC file transfer credentials in the system.

Hi @Anonymous user,

It is not currently possible to clear the devices from the "Invalid APC file transfer credentials" section of the gateway.  The only way to clear the devices would be to correct the issues with the credentials and have a successful discovery.
